I started classes with BeFit in late February. I'm a sedentary sort of person and have never participated in an organized fitness program ever. From time to time, i'd taken yoga classes and water aerobics and even once tried Pilates but any exercise I got was by walking, which I enjoy very much. I was attracted to Tracey's program because of the fit-walk program and being able to workout outdoors. I told Tracey I had one goal – to get fit –but not to lose weight because I didn't want to go out and buy new clothes! Well, I kept to my part and attended classes pretty regularly but Tracey didn't keep hers. I went from a size 10/12 to an 8/10 and lost 12 lbs without even dieting! I'd be upset, but I look so darn good and feel even better. Thank you Tracey! Your program is perfect for people of all levels. Look forward to more FitWalks!
