This winter BeFit Westchester is offering a new series to GET IN SHAPE and STAY IN SHAPE! If you’re looking a head start on that New Years resolution or just want to stay active the Transformation Series will be great for you!
Recent research indicates certain types of workouts are proven way more effective than others. This winter, FITWALK® comes indoors with the most effective training method available!
We use High Intensity Interval Training method (HIIT). This type of training shows great success in fitness gain/weight loss and takes less time to achieve fabulous results.This is the same training format as FITWALK®, minus the traveling. We use major muscle groups, compound movement, and we tap into the energy sources in each muscle.
The Transformation Series will keep the body guessing so the body works hard to recover and uses more energy (calories) to repair itself post exercise!
There are 3 classes a week and a variety of Packages to Fit your lifestyle. From one class a week to the whole series, You will learn how to control your weight, get stronger, look good and feel great.

Monday & Friday : 9:15 – 10:15 am
High Intensity Interval Training
A multi muscle workout, with high intensity intervals, strength moves, body weight and core work.
Get a weeks worth of workout in 1 hour! You will leave with energy and vigor.
Wednesday: 9:15 – 10:15 am (1st Class Starts Dec 11th)
A must for the transformation series. This foundational Yoga class is good for all levels and integrates with any fitness level. We strengthen and stretch the muscles of the back, hips, butt, and abs . You will feel invigorated and relaxed after the class.
